As the woeful dance record suggests…..
We have just had a record year and the number of customers that have given us their valued business has grown significantly.
We are always looking to improve what we do and 2016 looks to be our best year yet. To ensure this happens we have had a “Proactive” shuffle of our team.
The biggest priority for us this year is to get even closer to our customers, always add value and become their undisputed champions of customer service.
To help us deliver this along with our growth plans our Operations Manager, Craig, has moved into his new role as Sales Manager.
Craig has been an excellent Operations Manager, he has done a great job of keeping the team fired up and the customers that book with us delighted. He will be a tough act to follow.
However in Cathy we feel we have found a great replacement. She is not afraid to roll her sleeves up and get stuck in, loves customers and her aim is for us to become an employer of choice within our industry.
The moves have not finished there either, we have been doing more shuffling than a croupier on the Las Vegas strip.
Will, our Resource Manager, has finally got the job he wanted and we are letting him out to meet the public. This is the job he interviewed for and with his extensive Operations experience and desire to solve customers’ logistic headaches we have no doubt he will be a resounding success.
This leaves our final move, John our self-proclaimed “King of Customer Service” is giving the other Customer Service guys a chance and moving across to recruit the professional couriers we work with.
John has been with us for over 5 years now and he knows our culture better than anyone.
