Ross Price our much valued Vehicle Controller has been promoted to the role of Customer Service Supervisor. He is now responsible for leading our Customer Service team, ensuring that we live up to our core values and consistently deliver the brand of Legendary Customer Service that our customers have come to expect.
Ross has been with us at Proactive now for four years, starting out as a Customer Service Apprentice in his first full time job. It has to be said he really is one of life’s decent characters and this promotion is massively deserved.
Our MD Paul commented “Watching Ross’s progress has been one of the best things I have had the pleasure of witnessing since starting Proactive back in 2008, and this Promotion is a natural step for him as we look for future leaders of the business”.
