I called in and the person I spoke to was not as efficient as I am used to from this company.
So much so they asked me the same question multiple times and then put me on hold for 7 mins.
Putting the call down to the possibility of them being new and not experienced, rather than wait any longer I cut the call off and called back.
The next person I got was at the very best indifferent, bordering on rude.
Now if this was a company I had not interacted with before it would not have mattered to me so much but……
Every other time I had ever called them, they had been great and I regularly made a point of telling them so.
My view of them as a company has not changed, because the good outweighs the bad.
However next time I call them I will be very interested to see how I am treated.
A real leveller for me reminding me that a delighted customer can become a disillusioned customer very quickly.
