Over the last week I have been talking about why Proactive Despatch are a disruptor within our industry.
On different days I talked about the fact that we:
Are Proactive not reactive.
Do not hide behind email.
Get out there and say thank you to our customers.
Are consistent and not complacent.
Today I want to explain why we treat our suppliers differently to the majority:
We treat all our suppliers with respect.
We use Self-employed couriers with their own vans, and we treat them as self-employed people. We do not treat them like our employees
We make a point of paying on time and a lot of the time early.
We are loyal.
