Paul started Proactive Despatch back in 2008 and has spent the past eleven years establishing our company as one of the North West’s leading courier firms. He has over twenty three years experience of working in the courier industry but what really motivates Paul is delivering his brand of legendary customer service. Paul is here to serve our team and valued customers and is committed to making our customers feel appreciated and ensuring that Proactive Despatch is a fantastic place to work! As Director of Operations Craig lives and breathes our company core values and culture. He, just like MD Paul, views Proactive Despatch as a Customer Service business first and a same day courier company second. Craig has played a huge role in the success of Proactive Despatch since joining us in 2014. He intrinsically understands how our operation works and is obsessed about consistency meaning we give our customers legendary service time and time again. Proactive Despatch, like any other company worth their salt, have ambitious growth plans. As such we are always keen to speak to and attract new customers. That said, we absolutely do not do this at the expense of our existing loyal customers. Paul’s job is to encourage new customers to use us and ensure the ones we have become raving fans of what we do. Paul does not live up to the stereotype of a flash sales person that promises the world to get their commission. He simply listens to what a customer wants and expects and provides a solution. Two ears and one mouth and all that…………….

Denise Sanderson

Accounts Team

Denise is one of our unsung heroes, her job is to make sure we invoice our customers correctly and promptly. She also keeps our “smiling ambassadors” continually smiling by ensuring they get paid on time. As well as being one of our heroes she also gives a great deal of her time to charitable causes ensuring she raises lots of money for causes that are close to her heart. In fact Denise is that much of a hero I am surprised she has not been signed up by Marvel to join the X Men team.

First things first we need to update Ross’s picture because the fresh faced cherub you see attached to this picture is not so fresh faced any more. He now has a cool beard that Brian Blessed (google him if you are under 30) would be proud of. Ross is one our best success stories he joined us what seems like years ago as a customer service apprentice and quickly developed within the business to make himself an essential part of the team. Ross treats our customers with care and attention every single time (he has no bad habits as he joined us straight from college). His Jedi skill is numbers. Resource Planner

Paul has recently joined the Proactive team as a Courier Planner. Paul’s job is to ensure he allocates the appropriate courier to each job we get ensuring that the courier can achieve our customer’s deadline each and every time. Paul’s entire working life has been spent in urgent same day logistics, so he knows the industry inside out. All he needs now is experience of how we do things slightly differently here at Proactive. Delighted to have him on board and part of the team.

Stan is the man with a plan, tasked with making sure the couriers we use collect and deliver on time. As a former Proactive customer himself he knows how highly we value our customers, and as a result he is keen to ensure our customers becoming raving fans of our business.
