One of the questions we pose to potential new recruits at Proactive is:
Can you please describe the best ever service you have received?
In most cases this question puzzles people!
So, we ask it again.
Can you please describe the best ever service you have received?
Sometimes we have to give helpful prompts such as:
Was it a nice meal out you had?
Was it a holiday?
Could it have been a bad experience that was turned on it’s head?
Then we listen to them describe that experience.
We dig into the emotion of that experience, asking them to expand on how they were made to feel.
Once they do this, we say:
Have you told your friends and family and business contacts about this experience, that made you feel so good?
Would you repeat the experience without hesitation?
They always answer a resounding YES to both questions.
Our response then is simply
“That is how we want our customers at Proactive Despatch to feel, when you interact with them.
Can you do that consistently?
If the answer is YES we know they are a good fit for our business and customers.
