‘It’s a new era at Proactive Despatch
I am delighted to say that Craig Hyland has been promoted to General Manager of Proactive Despatch from today.
I have had the pleasure and privilege of knowing Craig for the last 14 years after we met networking and were both delegates on the Lancaster University LEAD course ran by John Drysdale.
Craig joined the business back in 2014 firstly as a consultant, one day per week, through to most recently running our Operations for a number of years.
Craig has had a huge impact on Proactive Despatch over the last decade and has absolutely earned this opportunity to progress.
He is now fully responsible for our sales growth and the day to day operation of the business. Allowing me to take on a more strategic role.
I am delighted for Craig because he really has earned this opportunity, through his hard work and how he has helped develop the business.
However, to me he has shown far more than this.
He is fiercely loyal of me, the business and his colleagues and his warmth and kindness make him a pleasure to work with and to know,
I am really excited to see where he can take the business from here.
