Well, back in after a week off!
Where we stayed at our usual hotel in Turkey.
Sadly, I think it will be our last visit to this establishment.
We first went in Oct 2022 and have been every year since.
On our first visit we were blown away, the service was fantastic, and you were made to feel like a VIP.
Every year the place and the service have marginally declined, to a point where we probably not go back.
The trouble is that on our first visit they set they bar very high, our expectations went with it.
Rather than get better they got worse, not once but every time they have marginally declined.
Whilst at the same time the price has gone up.
At Proactive Despatch I talk to our team every day around being consistent and not complacent.
I promise we will not be complacent like the hotel.
