1. Part of our success is how obsessed we are about good old fashioned service, to us that does not mean all the bells and whistles, it just means doing as we say we will and communicating in a timely open manner when things don’t go to plan.
2. We have a great team of people that genuinely care about what they do and their colleagues.
3. Most of our competitors are out there for a one-sided relationship which only benefits them in the short term and not the customer. They are also complacent.
