‘Morning Paul / Abi it’s not 2 hours ago I had a meeting with our new supply chain director and was showing him our updated OTIF report ( historical data 3 years on time in full ) discussing service levels etc etc ( which he was impressed with ) .
Then 2 hours later I make a booking at 10.11 am and the courier arrives 13 mins later ( It must be a record ) I know the stars aligned on this one but it still needs recognising ( celebrate the small wins ) I will also be using this information in future to promote your company keep up the good work.’
