Meet Glyn Diesel!
To ensure we maintain and build upon the high standards our customers have come to expect, we have appointed a new Resource Manager.
Glyn, who has been dubbed “The custodian of our standards,” will be responsible for ensuring that all couriers who represent us are of the highest quality.
Glyn comes to the company from a retail background, having previously worked at Morrisons.
We believe that his experience in the retail industry, where customer service is a top priority, will serve him well in his new role.
As Resource Manager, Glyn will be responsible for reviewing the company’s existing processes for vetting and selecting couriers, as well as implementing new procedures and systems to ensure that only the best couriers are chosen to represent us.
“I’m delighted to have joined this company and to be tasked with maintaining their high standards,” said Glyn. “I’m confident that my experience in retail, where customer service is paramount, will help me to ensure that our customers always receive the very best service from us.”
