How do we do what we do?



Simple it’s all in the teamwork and the people we employ. Get to know the people who you talk to on the phone.

Our newest team member is Sarah, she has been with us for just under 2 months and has already settled in and added enthusiasm knowledge and skills to Proactive Despatch, Sarah has vast experience in the courier, parcel moving world having worked in a major UK parcel mover for 11 years.

Sarah is mum to two and a half year old Heath and she loves going to the gym and socialising and finds both work and personal life a great mix. We asked Sarah to reflect on her initial months with us and to share any thoughts and impressions she had. Her first point was she was impressed with the Proactive culture of delivering excellent customer service along with their parcels and documents. Whilst the company talked about this during her interviews and in her early days she soon came to realise they walked the walk. This approach of ‘the Customer is King’ was often spoken about with other firms she has worked for but she was pleasantly surprised when she experienced the team and her colleague living and delivering the value every day to all their customers.

Sarah also praised the teamwork ethic that is present throughout Proactive Despatch and the openness of all staff to help each other, learn and educate each other. Sarah and Proactive Despatch are both looking forward to the future with optimism and great anticipation for even more successes
