My lovely friend Cath Earl had just published a new book called “Plan a Sh!T day”
If you find yourself procrastinating, overwhelmed or simply running out of time this book is for you.
Written in Cath Earl’s warm style, this book reminds me a bit of “Eat that frog” by Brian Tracy.
A great introduction to time management for Newbies and a timely but timeless reminder to personal development junkies like me, of what we really should be doing to make the most of our 4000 weeks on earth.
It only took me two hours to read, but I reckon if you implement just some of the tips in this book you will save lots of hours that you may have otherwise wasted over your lifetime.
Definitely worth adding to your bookshelf.
