We are different, and as our name suggests we are Proactive.
If a competitor gets a call from a customer asking
“where is the van it is late”
The response is normally:
“Let me just check for you”
Now there is nothing wrong with that in theory
However our view is that if we get a call like that we have failed.
The difference between us and the majority of our competitors is that if the van was running late, we would call the customer and proactively let them know.
