For years and years, I always answered B2B, thinking obviously that we dealt with businesses not end consumer deliveries.
Over the last few years however I have reflected on this and realised that whilst we do indeed operate in the B2B arena, we more importantly work with people that represent businesses.
Therefore, we are actually in the Human to Human business.
Ultimately when it comes down to it, regardless of sector we all work with people.
