To enable us to be a flexible as we can and maximise our resources, we always ask for our customers for their “ultimate deadline for delivery”
We do this because every customer always says they want delivery “Like yesterday or ASAP” when in a lot of cases when there is a bit more leeway.
This enables us to know what deadline and parameters we are working to in order to achieve your objectives.
We would never co-load and put your ultimate deadline at risk, but if we had a big time window we may collect other freight on the way.
Please note though we would NEVER collect freight that could contaminate or be detrimental to your goods.
However, if you tell us at time of booking that you want a dedicated van with just your goods on we will ensure this happens.
