Today: We are consistent and not complacent

One of our core values at Proactive is to be consistent not complacent.

We see our competitors behave with complacency all the time.

Not thanking their existing customers

Not going to visit their existing customers

Assuming that just because it is going well now, that it will always be that way.

We see them making decisions for short term gain.

We see them risking reputation to make a few extra quid.

We see them getting involved in everything and becoming a “Jack of all trades, master of none”

It is not there fault but we do not do it at Proactive

We believe that complacency is natural human trait that you have to work hard to avoid.

As leadership guru Jim Collins outlines in his book “How the mighty fall” complacency is the start of a businesses decline.

We know this at Proactive and as a result we work tirelessly to avoid it.

We know our valued customers are our coveted and being courted by our competitors.

We know it takes a good while to build up trust with a customer and only a second to lose it

As our good friend Nigel Taberner says,

“Trust arrives on foot but leaves on horseback.”
