Difference being when we do, we take ownership and do all we can to put the situation right.
A mentor mine always says that a customer complaint is a blessing and an opportunity to show as a business what you are made of, so much so he has considered manufacturing a mistake on purpose to give himself a chance to demonstrate to his customer that he is there for them.
I must add he has never been brave enough to manufacture a mistake and I don’t think I am either.
