We like to pick up the phone!

Earlier this week we talked about how we do things differently to our competitors.

Yesterday we talked about how we are Proactive in our approach compared to reactive.

Today we want to talk about how we do not hide behind email.

We get it with email it is a quick response and there is a trail,

You can copy in every man and his/her dog to demonstrate you are active.

It suits you.

Additionally our competitors are now using chat bots and AI, under the guise of customer experience improvement, when we all know they are doing it to reduce headcount.

There is another way.

Some would say old fashioned way.

We love speaking to our customers.

We pick up the phone to prospect customers, to see if we can improve the service they are receiving from their current courier service.

We pick up the phone to our existing customers to ensure we are still providing the service they require and to ensure they are still delighted with our service.

You can also go and see your customer, have a cup of tea and see how you can add value.

If we a customer gives us feedback positive or negative, we don’t just hide behind email we pick up the phone.

We appreciate that this approach does not work for some people with hearing challenges and some people with certain neuro diverse conditions, and of course we adjust our approach to take all into account.
