You might think “what do you know about disruption Paul, you run a traditional same day courier company.”
Well it appears you do not have to spend a fortune on R & D or a sexy tech business to be a disruptor.
You also do not need to revolutionise your industry to be a disruptor.
You simply have to do things differently to your competitors.
Lots of people we compete with come into our industry and crash and burn.
To be fair we must be doing something right as we are in our 18th year of business.
At Proactive we do lots of things differently to the majority of our competition.
Undoubtedly there are companies out there that do some, if not all of what we do, but they are rare. The ones that do it consistently are even rarer.
This week I will highlight some of the things that we do that sets us apart
