As part of our Customer Service Team, you’ll be at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service while working closely with our suppliers too.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and quotations—delivering a friendly, professional service
✅ Managing and building relationships with customers and couriers to ensure we deliver on time, every time.
✅ Monitoring deliveries, updating customers, and resolving any issues quickly and effectively
✅ Ensuring accurate data entry for frictionless invoicing and account management
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 A customer-focusssed demeanour—you genuinely care about providing amazing service
🔹 Strong communication skills, both written, verbal and listening.
🔹 Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
🔹 A problem-solver who takes initiative and works well in a team
🔹 Experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar field is a plus!
What you will get:
Salary £30,650 pa
Potential yearly bonus of £4,500
