As part of our Customer Service Team, you’ll be at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service while working closely with our suppliers too.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and quotations—delivering a friendly, professional service
✅ Managing and building relationships with customers and couriers to ensure we deliver on time, every time.
✅ Monitoring deliveries, updating customers, and resolving any issues quickly and effectively
✅ Ensuring accurate data entry for frictionless invoicing and account management
✅ Reaching out to our existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
✅ Supporting the management team with reports.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 A customer-first mindset—you genuinely care about providing top-tier service
🔹 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
🔹 Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
🔹 A problem-solver who takes initiative and works well in a team
🔹 Experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar field is a plus!
